In this context, we are looking for dynamic profiles to take Solutions Architect roles.CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS USPROFILE

• You have a degree in Information Technology or related field.
• You have 5+ years\' experience defining and implementing software & IT architectures.
• You have extensive experience with solution and technical architecture best practices and goals.
• You have experience in modelling and graphic representations.
• You have excellent technical and analytical skills, and can work with business and technical contributors.

COMPETENCIES

• You understand high-level business requirements in order to produce technical specifications, architecture designs.
• You have comprehensive understanding of DevSecOps principles
• You are able to work with complex, high-transactional products.
• You have excellent debugging skills, can drive to root causes and can define solutions to complex problems.
• You have experience in architecture design and prototyping, in the Infrastructure as Code.

Technical skills

• You have a good knowledge of engineering platforms requirements including software, system and hardware engineering (Thales used tools such as Jira, Polarion, Cadence, Git,\xe2\x80\xa6).
• You have recognised proficiency in engineering domain
• You are able to advise your stakeholders thanks to your architectural approaches and to interact with functional and/or technical subject matter experts.
• Holding a Solutions Architecture Certification would be a plus (like Azure, GCP, VMWare or AWS).

OTHERS TBC?

• Experience in designing and developing complex software solutions using .NET with these applications (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API) , C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular and REST
• Experience in architecture and design within workspace
• Experience in Cloud technology mainly in Amazon Web Service (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes and desirable with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience in Elastic Search, AWS PaaS, Cloud Watch, Cloud X-Ray, EKS, RDS etc is a plus
• Experience developing Microservices, Node JS, and exposure to latest Microsoft technologies
• Experience in Standard Web Services: SOAP, Json
• Working knowledge of Test Driven Development, Agile/Scrum
• Previous database experience working in: SQL Server, MS SQL, MY SQL and desirable with Mongo DB

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills (Communications, both verbal (e.g.: presentations, seminars, etc.), and written (e.g.: reports, articles, etc.).

LIFE AS A SOLUTIONSarchitect

• Acts as the primary technical leader of the program within the AVS BLs and is responsible for solution compliance with Enterprise Architecture blueprints
• Is much more focused on the technical solution than the technical management & delivery, and as such works closely with all technical stakeholders
• Ensures that the solution at GBU level (build and run)

• Is feasible and optimized in terms of architecture, design and technologies choices to meet market and user needs
• Is consistent with the Product Policy and Make or Buy strategy
• Is competitive and feasible with respect to cost, time to market, performance, organization and skills
• Is compliant with contractual requirements and applicable legislation & regulation
• Manages the risks and related mitigation plans
• Prepares the DVa and submits it to the Design Authority approval
• Ensures that GBU Solution Orientation reviews (SOR), Decision Analysis Resolution (DAR), peer reviews are organized and that produced documentation is relevant and consistent with Group global trend
• Ensures the solution is properly used by clients/projects
• Alerts upward to Design Authority, Head of Delivery, Head of Engineering / Head of Discipline
