Sales & Growth:- Acquire new customers for DHN through advertisement, sponsorships, and bundled offerings.- Develop strategies to target healthcare startups, corporates, academic institutions, and other relevant sectors.- Present DHNs value proposition effectively and curate targeted events to engage stakeholders.Marketing & Business Development:- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and drive brand awareness.- Identify and build partnerships with corporates, institutions, and industry bodies to expand DHNs reach.Leadership:- Take ownership of DHNs regional growth, inspire the team, and drive innovation while achieving sales targets.Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or business development, preferably in the news and digital media industry.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.- Strong network of contacts in advertising, media buying, and corporate partnerships.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to drive sales strategies.- Experience managing sales teams, forecasting revenue, and optimizing P&L performance.- Bachelor
