DevSecOps /Integration Engineer
Gurugram/Bangalore, IndiaAs a member of the Digital Factory Platform team, the DevSecOps /Integration Engineer is responsible for the development of automation strategy, roadmap, KPIs, standards and practices for the platform and agile product teams. This is in support of the transformation towards fully automated testing & deployments for our application teams, as part of a wider GT transformation project. Leveraging solutions and services delivered by the Platform team, the Platform Engineer will help drive the adoption of Cloud and DevSecOps tooling throughout the organisation.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Define the Platform automation (DevSecOPs ) strategy /integration patterns, roadmap, KPIs, standards and practices for the platform and agile product teams.\xc2\xb7 Assess Product team requirements and propose automation solutions.\xc2\xb7 Experience in implementing release automation frameworks ( branching strategies/release deployment strategies - Blue-Green/Canary, rolling) using tools such as Azure DevOps, Harness, Jenkins, Git, JFrog, Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.\xc2\xb7 Provide hands-on assistance with automated embedded security testing (Static application security testing, SCA & Dynamic application security testing).\xc2\xb7 Mentor and collaborate with the Product Scrum teams on automation best practices.\xc2\xb7 Implement containerisation using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and portability of Salesforce applications.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for the automated provisioning of Salesforce environments.\xc2\xb7 Implement and enforce security compliance checks within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Own and lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks.\xc2\xb7 Create and run automation training /overview sessions.\xc2\xb7 Delivering CI CD pipeline templates for reuse.\xc2\xb7 Regularly assess and enhance the DevSecOps processes to improve efficiency, security, and overall development practices.\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in the DevSecOps space.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Selenium, JIRA, Rest Assured, SonarQube, CheckMarx, JFROG X-Ray & Qualys.\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and components.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Salesforce security features.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Git for version control.\xc2\xb7 Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Salesforce DX).\xc2\xb7 Effective scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.\xc2\xb7 Experience with automation frameworks.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with SAST and DAST tools for Salesforce.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and Event Monitoring.\xc2\xb7 Azure API Management.\xc2\xb7 Azure Logic Apps.\xc2\xb7 Azure Service Bus.\xc2\xb7 Azure Event Grid.\xc2\xb7 Azure Functions.\xc2\xb7 Azure Data Factory.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Docker for containerisation.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Kubernetes for orchestration.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (OWASP, NIST).\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Dynatrace, ELK stack, Splunk, or similar tools.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of integrating security into the development lifecycle.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of static analysis, dynamic analysis, and penetration testing.\xc2\xb7 Exposure to CI-CD tool ( AzD, Bamboo, Harness, Jenkins etc.)\xc2\xb7 Must have experience in JIRA, Azure /AWS, OpenShift, GHE, JFrog /Nexus Artifactory.\xc2\xb7 Willingness to learn new tech & tools like Terraform and Docker.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Terraform and Kubernetes will be an advantage.You will report to the AXA XL Digital Factory - DevSecOps Platform Lead.QualificationsSHARE your talentWere looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Effective understanding of Automation frameworks /best practices.\xc2\xb7 Effective understanding of Scrum Agile methodology and experience working in a Scrum team.\xc2\xb7 Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc.; comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
