Digital Factory Delivery Lead
Bangalore, Karnataka,IndiaAXA XL are has created a new delivery model based on agile to enable more efficient delivery of technology with the business fully embedded in what we deliver. This Digital Factory team will first deliver capabilities for E2E Transformation and Claims. Owns end-to-end delivery of business solutions for the entire Squads and Platforms related to Claims & Americas Application and E2E program for Global Technology; Understands the strategy, needs and challenges of the customer journey owner s/he supports as well as technology platforms that support those journeys. Creates and maintains relationships with stakeholders in the business and TCD / GT / DIA. Oversees IT delivery for projects, production support and maintenance activities across all platforms.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?xc2xb7 Driving the delivery of AXA XL Digital Factory application with appropriate stakeholders. Working with the all stakeholders and strategic vendor to drive the optimal and scalable delivery digital factory model.xc2xb7 Provide management oversight, strategy and direction to digital delivery squads within the customer journey.xc2xb7 Provide high-level organization goals and objectives.xc2xb7 Collaborates with business stakeholders on opportunity identification issue resolution and governance.xc2xb7 Control and manage budget for the GT spend within your span of control.xc2xb7 Ensure the scope of services, organization model, and key processes required to deliver services are properly executed in line with the overall Factory Model.xc2xb7 Manage relationships from Procurement - Portfolio Managers to suppliers within the Factory model.xc2xb7 Supports delivery through escalation of risks and issues that cannot be resolved by Digital Delivery squads.xc2xb7 Own end to end product/application delivery, support and maintenance.xc2xb7 Define and execute actions plan for concerns raised as a result of audits.xc2xb7 Close working relationship with Chapters to ensure the performance of the resources.xc2xb7 In collaboration with Procurement, manages RFI/RFPs, contract negotiations and delivery of contract terms. Also manages clean termSolution Delivery Center of contracts with vendors who consistently underperform.xc2xb7 Ensure that business cases for application investments, such as technology upgrades, productivity tools, and continuous service improvement initiatives are developed.xc2xb7 Review and approve contracts for a predetermined level of authority.xc2xb7 Supports delivery through escalation of risks and issues.xc2xb7 Provides audit support for both internal and external assessments.xc2xb7 Articulates policies and standards as appropriate and provides all required evidence on a timely basis. Owns the completion of any action plans.xc2xb7 Ensures the Solution Delivery Center adheres to Information Security policies and standards for secure coding and manages risk acceptances.You will report to the Head of Digital Factory.QualificationsSHARE your talentWexe2x80x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:xc2xb7 Significant IT and business/industry work experience in a Digital Factory Model, including experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.xc2xb7 Experience in Claims & P&C would be preferred.xc2xb7 Demonstrable ability to solve complex problems/issues.xc2xb7 Excellent communications skills which are adapted to different audiences and can effectively drive consensus within the Digital Factory including the Journey Owners, Product Owners and delivery team(s).xc2xb7 Adept at vendor management, both commercially and interpersonally, with a clear understanding of Digital Factory model.xc2xb7 Ability to articulate problems, create solutions, and present analysis with proper detail and rigor for the target audience.xc2xb7 Thought leader in implementing agile practices with experience leading teams through change.xc2xb7 Expert knowledge of modern application development (specifically utilizing Cloud and microservices architecture) and using agile delivery methods with a significant background in application development.xc2xb7 Ability to design product strategy and roadmap and work within a Digital Factory.xc2xb7 Experience with User story development, personas definition, backlog prioritization.xc2xb7 Ability to measure the success of the product xe2x80x93 KPIs identification and tracking.xc2xb7 Advanced experience / capability in Financial forecasting and business case justification.xc2xb7 Must have good understanding of Agile methodology and be familiar with multiple SDLC.xc2xb7 Previous experience leading development and delivery teams in delivering high quality, low defect solutions.xc2xb7 Track record for metrics-driven results is a plus.xc2xb7 Experience in planning and executing multiple complex, large scale initiatives or operational areas.Desired Skills and Abilities:xc2xb7 Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.xc2xb7 Stakeholder management.xc2xb7 Proven planning and organization skills, creating own work schedules, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance and setting realistic timescales.xc2xb7 Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc. Comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
