If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Staff Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mah\xc4\x81r\xc4\x81shtra (IN-MH), India (IN).Once You Are Here, You Will:Formulate, conceptualize, and execute solutions for customers across all channels - web.Developing mobile and responsive applications on React Native platform for different form factors and resolutions.Solid Individual Contributor that ensure the overall integrity of the software implementation and validate it against the system architecture specification.Understand the client needs to design solutions in compliance with industry best practices and assist them in explaining and applying enterprise solutions.Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software design.Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Business Group to deliver the applications/solutions.Responsible for App design, code review and mentoring other junior developers.Basic Qualifications:5+ Years\' experience in designing and developing Modern Web applications.3+ Years\' designing and developing mobile applications in ReactNative2 + Years\' experience of Node.js and AWS Lambda2 + Years\' experience with modern Javascript such as ES6/7.2+ Years\' experience developing and implementing end-to-end architecture to support user interface concepts that conforms to design models based on industry best-practices.2+ Years\' experience with various architectures like MVC, MVVM, MVP, etc.Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent combined 4 years education and work experiencePreferred:2 + Years\' experience in integrating with backend systems and databases.2 + Years\' experience using process management tools like Atlassian JIRA.2+ Years\' experience in integrating CI/CD processes using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.2 + Years\' experience with test-driven design & development, unit and integration testing.Ideal Mindset:
