We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Sr. Staff Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN). Client\'s business problem to solve You will take a key role in NTT Data Cloud Services Program Management Office. This role works directly with cross-functional teams across the company to support our Clients in their migration to Cloud. The Cloud Practice Project Manager has a focus on both the short term and the long term. Supporting our Clients migration to Cloud to looking at the long-term Cloud needs of the Client. This will mean managing the interests from NTT Data but also aligning these with our Client Public Cloud needs. We are looking for someone with 7+ years in the IT industry overall experience out of which minimum of 2+ years in a cloud engineering role using service and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms. Position\'s General Duties and Tasks In these roles you will be responsible for: Contribute to design, build and migration projects for with Azure cloud solutions Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. Build, implement and optimize solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements in Azure Review architecture and solution design artifacts Operate as a member of global, distributed teams that deliver quality services Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Maintain reliable, scalable systems and applications to process our current and expected future loads Own and contribute towards end-to-end agile DevOps based software development life cycle with end-to-end automation in mind (Tools & Processes) Provisioning of Enterprise Infrastructure and application environments using Terraform, ARM Templates, DSC, PowerShell, Azure Automation, etc. Builds new environments and updates existing environments through use of automation Recommend solution to internal/external stakeholders (director level and above) clearly articulating the pros and cons of various solutions Proactively communicate the Program/project managers by Identifying, mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, assumptions throughout full lifecycle Rapidly gain knowledge of emerging technologies in cloud and their potential application in the customer environment / impact analysis Technical requirements for this role include: Experience in building technical solutions based on industry standards using Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities. Hands-on experience in customization and implementation of modern cloud architecture for maximum flexibility, extensibility, and maintainability using Microsoft Azure. Hands on experience migrating on-premises applications into Azure Cloud Hands on experience in creating Devops pipeline using Azure DevOps tools Hands on experience with one or more of the IaC development and deployment (ARM, blueprints, Terraform, Ansible, etc) Strong in CI / CD pipelines. Knowledge of one or more Azure Computation products such as API Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), WebApps Knowledge on building and setting up Projects in Azure Devops infrastructure working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes in Azure Devops ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats. Experience in building technical solutions based on industry standards using Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities. Nice to have: Hands on experience in two or more of Azure Analytics such as Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI Hands on experience in two or more of Azure Computation products such as API Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) Hands on experience in two or more of Azure Databases such as Azure API for FHIR, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, MySQL Hans on Experience with Azure Storage (Azure Blob API and Azure Table API), Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB and APIs ( Core SQL, Azure Table, Gremlin) in the architecture and development of cloud applications. Preferences: Undergraduate degree and 7+ years relevant experience Deep domain experience with 2+ year\'s work experience in Services, cloud computing or technical project delivery Strong background in DevOps DevOps certifications Comfortable operating in global, distributed teams Cloud Certification (Azure/AWS/GCP) is highly desirable Terraform Certification is highly desirable Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (time-zone to be determined).
