We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Lead Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Preferred Experience:

• Ideal candidate has been supporting Oracle databases as a logical DBA in a public cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• 10 + years of strong logical DBA experience in Oracle Database versions, 11g, 12c, 19c and on environments, Oracle RAC, Golden Gate and Data Guard
• 2+ years of strong logical DBA experience in PostgreSQL/MySQL versions preferred
• Coordinate with functional and technical application leads through all phases of testing to achieve timely processing and meet SLAs
• Experience in designing, planning, and migrating large-scale customer databases from traditional infrastructure to Azure Cloud or from other cloud platforms to Azure/AWS is a plus
• Experience in designing and coding database models, stored procedures, functions, tables, schema, views, constraints, triggers
• Experience in debugging database performance issues related to stored procedures, resolving database integrity constraints, perform performance tuning and query optimizations
• Expert in planning, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting of high-availability database environments
• Must be able to communicate independently with the customer and other stakeholders
• Implementation experience on process improvements that enhance database delivery and customer experience
• Experience in troubleshooting, patching, problem management articles, and SOPs/runbooks
• Be able to independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
• Strong ITIL foundation, Continual Service Improvement and Total Quality Management experiences
• Report weekly to management about abnormalities and critical issues; provide root cause analysis and recommendations; work with infrastructure team, application team and/or other teams for problem resolutions, following the escalation path if needed.
• Great written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall logical Oracle DBA experience
• 2+ years of Azure/AWS experience as a cloud DBA (Oracle/MYSQL/PostgreSQL, data lake/data warehouse/BI environments)
• Experience with database design and modeling, PowerShell scripting, T-SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and schema refinement
• Experience in backup and recovery

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle certification strongly preferred
• Azure Database Certification (DP-300) is a plus
• Azure fundamentals certification (AZ-900) is a plus
• AWS Certified Database Specialty is a plus

Four Year BS/BA in Information Technology degree or equivalent experience
