If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system. This role ensures that the NetSuite platform is optimized to support the business needs and objectives. The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with various departments to implement system enhancements, provide support, and ensure data integrity.Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration:

o Maintain and administer the NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, security, workflows, scripts, and configurations.
o Perform regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
o Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Configuration and Customization:

o Customize and configure NetSuite modules to align with business processes and requirements.
o Develop, test, and deploy custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance system functionality.
o Manage integrations with other business systems and third-party applications.

• User Support and Training:

o Provide technical support to NetSuite users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
o Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the NetSuite system.
o Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.

• Process Improvement:

o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
o Lead and participate in NetSuite implementation projects and system upgrades.
o Develop and implement best practices for NetSuite usage and administration.

• Data Management:

o Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system.
o Perform regular data imports, exports, and updates as needed.
o Create and manage data validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.

• Reporting and Analytics:

o Design and generate customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
o Analyze system usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:

• Education:

o Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

o Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
o Proven experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and administration.
o Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is preferred.

• Skills:

o Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and functionality.
o Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
