OverviewLooking forward for a Digital/ Development Delivery Manager (Chennai location for Enterprise Vertical ) with 15+ Years of experience and primary focus to manage and optimize the development process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. They collaborate with project managers, senior leadership, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, revenue, margin and deliverables. Leveraging their technical expertise and understanding of industry best practices, they guide teams in making informed decisions and resolving challenges that may arise during delivery.WFOResponsibilities

• Proven track record of influencing and building credibility with highly technical, cross functional, teams across all seniority levels
• Experience in staying ahead of industry trends and applying industry best practices to enterprise roadmaps and challenges
• Subject Matter Expertise in Agile Methodology
• Strong product development, testing, validation and engineering skills
• Energetic individual, eager to manage multiple activities and priorities.
• Dedication to quality in all work tasks and deliverables.
• Experience of developing software in a regulated environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment, swift decision-making skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy.

• Project Delivery Management / Account Delivery Management (Development Projects)
• Resource Management (on Development and data governance related projects)
• Experienced with Application Maintenance, Application Modernization, Data Engineering & Data Governance, DevOps and Cloud
• Profound knowledge of the industry technology stack for web applications (Java, Angular, MySQL, \xe2\x80\xa6)
• Experience with Microsoft technology including VB or C# .NET, MS SQL, SSRS and DevOps.
• Experience in automation and knowledge in tools i.e Katalon, Sikuli etc
