We offer career opportunities across more than 140 world-class R&D facilities and in more than 130 countries.We\'re hiring for Digital & CRM SpecialistLearn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture.You Will Be Part of Growing TeamThe Digital & CRM Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Communication Lead ANZ supporting all digital strategy, collecting content and implementing the delivery to internal and external audience for Australia and New Zealand.The position will report to APAC CS LeaderYour Challenge:Accountabilities (includes but not limited to)\xc2\xa7 Act as CRM lead, maintaining SalesForce database and all its features, such as inquiry management, activity management, reports, contact management and account management.\xc2\xa7 Plan and Executes many of the digital initiatives internally and externally to support Commercial Team, including marketing automation campaigns in Eloqua (Forms, landing pages and emails), execution , analysis aligned with CE prioritises.\xc2\xa7 Optimize all social media channels to monitor, response, measure targeted communication activities, in conjunction with the agency.\xc2\xa7 Maintains and updates digital tools aligned with strategy including corporate and product Internet Sites, Applications development, and Social Media (e.g., Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Line).\xc2\xa7 Ensure appropriate training for new and existing employees in the use of CRM databases and other tools.\xc2\xa7 Support Commercial Effectiveness initiatives ie Complaints handling, online training.\xc2\xa7 Ensure the delivery of all targets and timelines per the signed SLA\xc2\xa7 To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:\xc2\xa7 Strong belief that Digital will \xe2\x80\x9cChange the world\xe2\x80\x9d\xc2\xa7 Bachelor\'s degree and above, education background in Digital Communication will be preferred.\xc2\xa7 Experienced and resourceful in agrichemical industry is a plus.\xc2\xa7 Familiar with Welcome, PowerBi, Showpad, etc.\xc2\xa7 Self-motivated and eager to learn personality.\xc2\xa7 Team player with good interpersonal, communication skills in English.\xc2\xa7 Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?\xc2\xa7 Curious, bold thinkers who want to grow their careers and be part of a winning team\xc2\xa7 Market shaping individuals who want to transform the agriculture industry to meet the world\'s growing need for food\xc2\xa7 Collaborators who thrive in a diverse, inclusive work environment\xc2\xa7 Innovators who bring initiative and fresh ideas that drive our business into the future and make us an industry leaderGrowing What Matters Starts with You.
