Purpose of the role : IT Support Engineer for digital screens

Key Responsibilities :

• Work directly with sales team as well as clients to support their needs and communicate client expectations to the fulfillment
• Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews, and approval for campaign launches
• Provide digital communications support
• Use analytics tools to assess and modify our campaigns
• Manage live social updates from brand events
• Providing online support to the clients whenever necessary
• Encoding the entries in ERP applications and IT Portals

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in information technology applications or network
• Excellent skills and certification in computer hardware & networking

Experience :

• At least 1 years of experience in digital communications & coordination.
• Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated competency in writing and design for online platforms

Skills :

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a variety of key initiatives concurrently
• Demonstrates commitment to excellence and high-quality work
• Linguistic skills in English / Hindi /Malayalam & Arabic will be an added advantage
