We're seeking an experienced, dynamic, creative content strategist to join our team at Pace Media.

Pace Media is a 360-degree creative multimedia production house based in Mangaluru with 15 years of industry experience. We specialize in creating captivating videos for our clients, including corporate videos, promo videos, TV commercials, social media videos, digital branding, custom videos, and explainer videos. We prioritize quality in every project we undertake and are dedicated to helping our clients reach their target audience with ease.

As a content strategist, your key responsibility will be maintaining a strategic direction in each content piece, whether, infographics or videos, to strengthen the social media presence for various brands. You will also determine the best content formats to ensure high consumer engagement while generating leads to attract potential prospects.

Objectives of this role

• Understand each client's business model and develop content strategies that align with their goals and products or services.
• Creating a comprehensive content calendar to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing campaigns.
• Lead the entire content creation process, from ideation to publication, for various platforms, ensuring that content is distributed effectively across channels.
• Identify trends, content gaps, and target audience preferences to refine and enhance content relevance.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, working with the data and analytics team to measure KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Guide the content production team on scripting, shooting, video editing, and graphic design to ensure standout content.
• Build and manage relationships with theme page admins, content creators and influencers to broaden campaign reach.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve objectives through effective team collaboration.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Experience working in an agency environment, managing multiple clients across diverse industries.

Deep understanding of content psychology, marketing funnels, and their practical application.

Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects of varying scope and complexity.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

Willingness to meet clients in person to facilitate content production and ensure alignment with their vision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
