Job description: An exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Specialist to support Norstella's digital B2B products serving customers in the Pharma, Medtech and Consumer Health industries. The products are Pink Sheet, Scrip, Generics Bulletin, In Vivo, Medtech Insight, HBW Insight and C+D. The Digital Content Specialist will work closely with Editorial, Content Design, Tech, Marketing and Product teams to maximize customer experience and drive value for current and future subscribers. \xc5\x93ArcXP administrator\xef\xbf\xbd with knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript who is able to use PageBuilder to create and modify pages, make config changes. Also to maintain/manage back end users and support editorial in using ArcXP and Eloqua for newsletters.
Responsibilities include: Support editorial authoring in ArcXP. This could include assisting with uploading images, uploading documents, troubleshooting if a function appears not to be working, help editorial to perform functions they may not be familiar with etc. Provide editorial and product support outside of ArcXP. This primarily includes monitoring and modifying email sends, helping editorial to set up curated emails and add banners or other customizations to email newsletters in Eloqua and posting podcasts to Soundcloud, but could also include troubleshooting with Infogram, Pendo, or specific C+D integrations, as well as any other integrations that don\'t require the dev team. Make configuration changes to ArcXP front of site (pagebuilder) and back end (composer and websked) to support requests by editorial or product that don\'t require development. These could include new or updated templates or pages, addition of new sections and navigation items, maintenance and updates of message boxes in the headers and right rails, and other site changes. Work with the ads team to ensure that ads are working smoothly, including back end config as needed Provide explanations or training for editorial in using Composer and Websked. If issues are encountered while doing the above are determined to require development, ensure that they are conveyed to the dev team. Consistent and optimal use of ArcXP DXP functionality to deliver digital content in a way that increases customer engagement Creation of curated product site pages - Using PageBuilder, and automations/other integrations to drive engagement, and personalized Content recommendations Improvement of digital content experience by proactively working with Editorial to deliver content in new/improved and repeatable formats and provide a consistent brand and user experience Providing correctly sized images for content publications Support day-to-day implementation of design approach and content needs, such as selecting and sizing article images. Podcasts (loading, tagging for SEO, creating playlists etc) Use of design and HTML skills to develop/refine email templates for specially curated or regular content Mobile app ensuring this is up and running. Scheduling Push notifications. In-product announcements (through Appcues/Pendo) Required Skills Digital content creation Familiarity with Content Management Systems/Digital Experience Platforms (such as ArcXP) and able to use these to maximize the customer experience Strong understanding of HTML ,CSS and JavaScrpt capabilities (this is not a coding role, but strong grasp is key) Introducing new ways to present content in email coupling design and HTML skills, including supporting email and email templates Creative and solution-focused Highly collaborative and strong team player with ability to see issues from the perspective of different groups and translate initiatives into language they understand (relevant to their work and business objectives) Experience of working with Editorial Teams.
