COST CENTRE 241484114Working within the Business Operations team, this Digital Communications Specialist role will support the London Stock Exchange Data & Analytics Operations organisation by providing designs & visualisations for presentations, reports and analysis to better facilitate decision making, as well as offering video and intranet/hub site support where required.The role will also act as a focal point for design support for local internal site operations (including posters, collateral and event coverage) where required.The role requires strong technical and creative expertise, using a number of different tools in support of design work to help tell our business story. We are also looking for strong interpersonal and proactive ways of working.This role will offer opportunities to work on projects for senior D&A Operations leaders, as well as local LSEG site managementResponsibilities:

• Works with D&A Operations and local site teams to build engaging presentations and internal communications materials (including videos & vide editing)
• Develop and maintains design template portfolio that can be re-used and shared
• Be a brand ambassador, ensuring all materials meet LSEG guidelines
• Apply design and technical know-how to assist with crafting high-impact, compelling designs and visualizations, including infographics, presentations, digital banners, interactive assets, landing pages, print collaterals, videos etc.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends in digital communications

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Preferably 1-3 years experience within LSEG or relevant industry experience of supporting analysis/business reporting with relevant design approaches

• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint experience
• Strong Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and other image optimizing applications skills are an advantage
• Knowledge in Video editing tool and multimedia software
• Knowledge in HTML or Web Designing

• Strong English verbal, written and presentation skills
• Very strong creative design sense, including layouts, typography and colour usage
• Ability to build innovative conceptual designs along with enough flexibility to adapt to existing branding

• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, flexible (able to respond to changing priorities), while working across multiple geographies
• Must be prepared to work UK/US hours as and when required.
• Can work across all levels to help colleagues visualize and design their presentations and reports.
