• Farmkart is looking for agronomists proficient in agronomic knowledge and leadership to farmers in their assigned market while performing job duties such as field scouting, soil management, crop production, and market analysis.

• Key responsibilities:

• Using accurate knowledge or reliable referrals to make recommendations to farmers to achieve efficient crop production;

Field soil testing including multiple depth sampling, managing field trials, plant physiology, and irrigation practices; Gather, compile, analyze and interpret test results; Prepare progress reports; Analyze crop claim issues as necessary; Document field evaluation of seed, chemical, specialty products & fertilizers; and Provide agronomic training for staff responsible for sales and marketing. Prepare progress reports, and write product descriptions of (Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, nutrients & Biological Products etc.) Document prepare field evaluation of seed, agrochemical, speciality products & fertilisers, Provide agronomic training for sales and marketing, Customer Happiness Center Associates, Content Creation & Checking For Social Media, also working for digital marketing Working for government department documents & filing Minimum two physical field visits in a month Prepare Crop cultivation practice documents like crop POP, PPT, Fertigation schedule & spray plan Work on company partnership Collect information about different crop diseases, insects and practices.

• Requirements:

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and computer skills.

Knowledge of and willingness to develop new agronomic techniques. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Demonstrates leadership skills and the desire and ability to contribute Public speaking skills are a valuable asset.

• Minimum requirement:
