Experience in Avaya products - AXP (Avaya Experience Platform) , AEC (Avaya Enterprise Cloud) Good English skills. Able to work in the US time zone with a minimum of 50% overlap (with both west coast to east coast colleagues). Candidate should have Right skills and potential to grow. Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering or MCA Certifications in Pendo.io is highly desirable
