Now we?re looking for a Digital Administrator, you?ll be a part of our Global HR team. What you?ll do:
System administration of the LMS, including user administration, reporting, system configuration, testing, support and issue resolution.
Continuously monitor & improve user experience providing effective, engaging, and results driven training.
Provide LMS technical support by investigating and resolving system & end user issues
Managing users, groups and cohorts to ensure that the right people have access to the right course and that they have the permissions that they need
Build and deliver custom reports from the LMS that measure aspects of training consumption, satisfaction & effectiveness, including learning dashboards.
Collaborate with L&D Team for content support and ensure governance is followed
Map learning and development curricula to the employee career framework by utilizing existing courses and content.
Monitoring and recording LMS issues and escalate through the appropriate channels
Monitoring team email inbox and taking appropriate action
Administrating not only LMS but also another L&D platform
About you:
1-2 years LMS Administrator experience
Experience with LMS migrations and implementations a plus
Strong aptitude for learning new systems, technologies and software as required
Ability to connect with Learning & Development team to prioritize work
Collaborate with HR managers to identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies.
Ability to coordinate with partners (Northpass, Opensesame, LinkedIn Learning, etc.)
