- Connect and Interact with customers on Social Platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin etc.- Compose responses independently and in accordance with processes guidelines.- Provide professional yet personalized experience on all interactions with the customers on Social and consumer Platforms.- Work alongside dependent teams- Working knowledge of Social Media platforms i.e. FB, IG, YT and Linkedin etc. - Consumer Centric Approach- Methodical- Good Command on written English (ref:updazz.com)
