To ensure full compliance with nutritional standards, internal procedures and government regulations while preparing and serving foods and beverages to all residents.
1. Making dietary recommendations for residents based on their health.
2. Compiling information and tracking Resident progress towards their health goals.
3. Entering Residents information into patient database.
4. Developing Diet plan and Diet charts for the Residents.
5. Promoting adequate nutrition and wholesome eating practices by speaking to the residents.
6. Asking Residents about their dietary requirements, preferences, and constraints in order to better understand their health goals.
7. Managing theF&B Team for meal preparation and proper food distribution to residents.
8. Organizing culinary festivals and other events for the Residents entertainment.
9. Audit the Quality of Food .

4. Research to keep current on the latest discoveries and developments in the field.
Qualification BSC or MSC in nutrition with minimum 1 year exp preferred.
Hospitality experience is an added advantage.
Experience 1 to 5 years total experience as a Dietician
