We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dietitian with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nutrition and wellness, capable of delivering excellent customer service, and skilled in meal planning and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Satisfaction:

Provide personalized nutrition and dietary consultations to clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their dietary preferences and goals.

Communication and Retention:

Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and chat. Follow up regularly with clients to track their progress and provide ongoing support. Develop strategies to retain clients for further programs and services.

Meal Planning:

Create customized meal plans tailored to clients' health goals, dietary restrictions, and preferences. Continuously monitor and adjust meal plans based on client feedback and progress. Provide educational resources and tips to help clients maintain a healthy diet.

Follow-ups:

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure they are on track with their nutrition plans. Utilize chat and calls to provide continuous support and motivation. Address any challenges or issues clients may encounter and offer practical solutions.

Sales Role:

Promote and sell nutrition programs and related products to clients. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products that can benefit clients. Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the value of the company's offerings.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.

• 1-5 years of experience in dietetics, nutrition counseling, or a related role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Knowledge of current nutrition trends and best practices.

• Sales experience is a plus.

Skills :

•Customer-focused with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals.

•Strong understanding of nutritional science and dietary planning.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Proficient in using digital tools for communication and follow-ups.

•Results-driven with a proactive approach to client retention and sales.
