Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a Die Fitter to join our team in Gurgaon on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess essential mechanical skills and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.Roles and Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components accurately according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specified tolerances
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair issues in mechanical assemblies promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and workplace guidelines strictly
- Report any defects or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and hands-on experience
- Mechanical Assembly (Mandatory skill)
- Blueprint Reading (Mandatory skill)
- Precision Measurement (Mandatory skill)
- Hand Tool Proficiency for effective and efficient assembly tasks
- Equipment Maintenance knowledge to ensure long-lasting machinery performance
