Job Description

• Examine and sort rough diamonds based on size, quality, and characteristics.
• Use magnification tools to inspect diamonds for flaws, inclusions, and other imperfections.
• Accurately classify diamonds into categories based on established criteria and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of sorted diamonds, including grading reports and inventory logs.
• Ensure that sorted diamonds meet quality standards and report any discrepancies.
• Safely handle and store diamonds Polki, ensuring security protocols are followed to prevent loss or theft.
• Work closely with gemmologists, quality control specialists, and other team members to ensure consistency in grading and sorting.
• Fabricate, finish, or evaluate the quality of gems and diamonds, Polki used in jewellery or industrial tools. Segregating and assorting diamonds into categories. Rejecting diamonds that are not of the required quality. Assessing diamonds according to its cut, carat, colour and clarity.
• Previous experience in diamond sorting, grading, or a related field is preferred.
• A diploma or certification in gemology is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to use magnification tools and other equipment.
• Understanding of diamond grading criteria and industry standards.
• Good eyesight and manual dexterity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
