Dialysis Technician
Job Description
A dialysis technician, also known as a hemodialysis technician, works with patients who have permanent kidney failure to perform dialysis treatments and provide patient care:
• Patient care : Provide emotional support, answer questions, and help patients with activities of daily living
• Dialysis treatment : Assemble and prepare dialysis machines, monitor patients during treatment, and make adjustments as needed
• Education : Educate patients on dialysis and healthy behaviors
• Equipment maintenance : Clean, sterilize, and maintain dialysis machines and equipment
• Communication : Provide information on patient conditions to doctors and other medical staff
• Emergency response : Respond to emergency situations
Dialysis technicians work in hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
