Job Description
Position Responsibility summary:
? Face to face meeting and counselling with Patient
? Telephonic counseling post written Patient consent to the Patients where face to face counselling is not possible
? Capturing and reporting In the specified format within the agreed timeframe
? Also need to keep track of follow up visit.
Qualification & Skills:
? Science Graduate/DMLT/BSC-MLT/ Diploma in Dialysis technician
? Experience in Counselling 0-4 years
? Good communication in local language of respective city and English
? Good counselling and articulation skills
? Compassion and empathy skills required
? Good comprehension skills
? Should know areas of the city
? More patients onboarding through counselling skills
? Ready to travel Out stations as well as within the city
? Should have knowledge about Peritoneal dialysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
