Bangalore We are seeking a talented and experienced Influencer Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Influencer Marketer, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand\'s presence and driving engagement through strategic influencer partnerships. While experience in fintech is preferred, we welcome individuals with proven success in influencer marketing from diverse industries. Roles and Responsibilitie: Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Install, maintain and troubleshoot application software.
Provide technical support across the company.
Set up accounts of new users.
Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
Develop Basic understanding of Call Centre technology.
Day-to-day Dialler management (Agent, Campaign, Report, Recording & Problem Management).
Ensure all Dialler related issues / requests are addressed and escalated to concerned personnel / departments / vendors.
Perform daily checklist and review of logs. Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience on any dialler.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel).
Hands on Windows & Linux.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
