Diabetes Educator
Job Description
• Responsibilities - Impart diabetes counseling education for all patients education for all patients who come for consultation in the Diabetes Clinic OPD.
• Participate in community outreach programs conducted by the diabetes centre.
• Nutrition counseling.
• Indoor Patient counseling including Continuous Glucose Monitoring System.
• Qualifications and Experience - Masters in Food and Nutrition
• Diploma in Diabetes Education
• 2-3 year's work experience as a Diabetes Educator in an accredited Institution
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent Communication skills
