Job Title: D&I Communications and Events Lead- India - Senior ExecutiveReports To: Head, D&I IndiaLocation: Kolkata/Pune/NCR/BangaloreExperience : 7+ YearsJob Summary: The Branding and Communications Lead will partner with India/Global Communications team for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance internal and external brand visibility, reputation, and engagement for D&I in India. The person will also be responsible for development of innovative D&I learning solutions, in collaboration with L&D team.Key Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive brand communication strategies to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging. Ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with India Communications team for creation and distribution of engaging and innovative D&I content across various channels i.e. social media, blogs, Be. Cog, etc
• Lead India specific communication for observances (IWD, Pride Month, GAAD, etc) and regional events. Support other regions on need basis.
• Partner with India D&I Manager and Functional teams for execution of Affinity Group and other regional events.
• Design and develop innovative D&I learning solutions (JIT, bite-sized, reels, job aids ,etc) using new age learning frameworks and leveraging L&D platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in communication processes and practices.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in English, Liberal Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

• Proven experience in brand communications in related roles or as part of functional roles
• Proven track record in developing learning content. Has basic knowledge of instructional designing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Desirable: Experience with social media management strategy
