Job Description
1. Accountability- Security of plant and township: Plan, organize & control security arrangements in plant, mines & township area to safeguard units assets & employees. 2. Fire-fighting services: Ensure maintenance of fire-fighting equipment\'s and operate during emergencies within short notice. 3. Liaison with law enforcement authorities and Road Transport Officers for supporting the business activities of the Unit 4. Training and development: Train and develop permanent and contract staff and workmen to improve service of the department and create a conducive work environment 5. Transport,: Coordinate internal transport, are provided as per requirement of the Unit within the Budget 6. Administration of plant, colony and guest houses: Coordinate & monitor activities for administration of plant, colony, guest house to meet satisfaction of employees & customers
