Key Duties & Responsibilities Security and Fire Fighting of Plant, Township and Mines at Sewagram Cement Works Oversee security of men, material, machines and assets in the plant, mines & township. Liaison with law enforcement agencies for supporting the business activities. Transport Management Plan & ensure deployment of Company as well as hired vehicle in plant & mines and ensure its optimum utilisation. House Keeping and Area maintenance. Drive continuously to enhance the standard of housekeeping and upkeep of the plant and the township as per WCM norms and develop mechanism to sustain and continuously improve upon the same. Also ensure the development of area for a clean and green environment & conservation of resources for better living of employees and least dilution in living with nature. Facility Management & Administration Oversee the management and administration of all facilities like employee quarters, guest house, etc. To provide effective service to all customers and enhance customer satisfaction. Plan and ensure implementation of approved suggestion for enhancing the standards/services of Guest House, Transport & Security to enhance customer satisfaction. Liaison with Govt. Officials, Local Police, Local Administration, sarpanches of nearby villagers, NGOs, transporters, etc, to achieve harmonious relations at all locations. Ensure the development, guidance and motivation of subordinates so as to ensure superior performance and employee satisfaction thereby achieving departmental objectives Qualification Any Graduate Experience 15 to 20 Years of Experience in Manufacturing setup having 2000+ Manpower. Preferably Ex Armed Forces who has served as Commanding position i.e. Captain, Major, Lt. colonel in Army or Equivalent in Air force & Navy
