  • Operation and Maintenance of existing networks

  • Bill generation to water consumers
  • NRW
  • Recovery of water billing amount for NMC
  • Distribution of treated water to end consumers, ensuring the required quality of treated water

(OCW) encourages customers to prevent the wastage of water and educates various ways and means towards efficient use of potable water.Orange City Water is committed to the bright future of Nagpur in drinking water system management and practices.Key Roles/Responsibilities:Ensure that all HR functions are performed according to planning and requirements.Team Management of HR Admin.Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revision as and when necessary.Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of the department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to frequently improve efficiency of the department and services performed.Oversee gap in manpower and recruitment procedure, guide team for recruitment strategy.Monitoring payroll activities according to budget planning.Regularly visiting Zonal Offices and ensuring smooth implementation of all policy, procedure & systemsLiaison with surrounding Government Body like Labor Inspector and PF OfficeEnsure that all legal compliance and documentations are followed properly.Present data in the Audit as and when requiredManage yearly increment, promotion, transfer, or demotion of employees.Ensure satisfaction of employees with company policies and benefit programs.Perform schedule check in all HR/Legal/Admin to ensure document & database management.Planning and implementing of Admin department budgetApproving External agencies invoices and proposalsCoordinate with Delhi Head Office and provide data as and when requiredSupervise facilities management activities such as Canteen Management, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Security Management.Employee Engagement ActivitiesManage all the global HR toolsQualifications15 -20 years of experienceGood communication qualities and interpersonal skills required.Good fluency in English, Hindi and/or Marathi.Knowledge of Labour LawsKnowledge of SAP HCMAdditional InformationAs an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination.
