Primary Job Responsibilities
Should have good knowledge of B2B Business
Streamlining workflow, fixing target and achievement of team
Knowledge of product handling Wire & Cable (LT Power Cable / Control Cable)
Should have team handling experience
Good relationship with building contractors / architects
Experience of getting approvals from various government departments and corporate institutes
Should have sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing for Domestic & Industrial wires, instrumentation cable & different types of special cable
Coordination with factory and branch sales team
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent monitoring, coaching and people management skills
Knowledge of semi projects

A. Well versed with computers
B. B2B Sales Knowledge & Experience
C. Leadership quality
D. Effective Communication Skills
E. Candidates from Wires & Cable industries will be given preference
Major KRA (SMART) with Figures

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Preferred / Additional Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Minimum Experience: 15-25 Years
Relevant / Additional ExperiencE : Wires & Cable Industries Experience
Products: Wire & Cable (LT Power Cable & Control Cable)
Salary Budget : Best in the industry
