In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies and alliance initiatives that support our company\'s growth and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy
: Develop and execute the overall partnership and alliances strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives.
2.
Identification and Evaluation
: Identify potential partners, alliances, and collaboration opportunities in line with the company\'s strategic plan. Evaluate and prioritize potential partnerships and alliances.
3.
Negotiation and Contracting
: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and in compliance with company policies.
4.
Alliance Management
: Oversee and manage relationships with existing partners and alliances, ensuring compliance with established agreements and optimizing the partnerships for mutual success.
5.
Market Research
: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities.
6.
Financial Analysis
: Conduct financial analysis to assess the potential ROI of partnership and alliance opportunities.
7.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as marketing, sales, product development, and legal, to ensure successful partnership execution.
8.
Performance Monitoring
: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of partnerships and alliances.
9.
Report and Communication
: Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on the status and performance of partnerships and alliances.
10.
Risk Management
: Identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships and alliances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
11.
Budget Management
: Develop and manage the budget for partnership and alliance initiatives.
Experience
8-10 years, experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles

Masters in Management from a premiere institute.
