Job Description


:Key responsibilities:Reporting * Prepare month-end accounting reports, including income, expense & profitability statements.

  • Prepare cashflow statements, month end schedules & other reports.
Controllership * Execute various checks to ensure correct & accurate accounting is maintained.
  • Liaison with various teams to ensure accuracy of accounting.
  • Supervise and monitor GL and Fixed Assets accounting.
  • Assist in Group Reporting Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Audit for Taxation Function
Team Management * Lead & mentor the accounting team
  • Establish 4 eye concepts where needed.
Stakeholder Management * Establish connect with Country / Regional Finance Managers
  • Ensure delivery as committed schedules & quality.
  • Identify opportunities to centralize additional activities from regions.
Process Management * Establish clear process maps.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance process effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices.
Any other responsibility/task; not limited to the above-mentioned tasks, that may be assigned from time to time in view of the job requirements.Skills and Competencies * Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.
  • C.A./ICWA
  • 8-10 years\' experience in maintaining financial accounts & finalization of accounts & Balance Sheet in a logistics business.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion
