Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesTo co-ordinate and organize a Plant Safety Meetings with Plant Safety Committee Chairman. To advise the concerned in planning and organizing measures necessary of the effective control of personal injuries. To advise on safety HIRA and aspects in all job studies and to carry out detailed job safety studies of selected jobs. Sharing of Accident Statistics to all concerns. Co-ordinate with Safety Team in various safety issues related to safety and resolve it. To investigate all Injuries, Near Miss, and fire incidents. Organise Safety Patrol Round / Safety observation Tours wIth safety Team as per Plan / schedule. Provide guidance and approval on Personal Protective Equipment Management. Information of personal / property damage to Plant Head. Organise, represent and attend the Management Review Meeting. Assisting and co-operating with the management in achieving the aims and objectives outlined in the Safety, Occupational Health and . Environment Policy of the occupier in terms of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment. Dealing with all the matters concerning Safety, Occupational Health and Environment and to arrive at practicable solutions to the problems. encountered; creating safety awareness amongst all workers through various themes, competitions. Undertaking Safety and Health educational, training and promotional activities for Safety, Occupational Health and Environment. Deliberating on reports of safety and occupational health surveys, emergency plans safety audits, risk assessment and implementation. of the recommendations made in the reports;. Carrying out health and safety surveys and identify causes of accidents. Looking into any complaint made on the likelihood of an imminent danger to the safety and health of the workers and suggest corrective. measures; and reviewing the implementation of the recommendations made by it. Application of all Licences under the purview of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment and their renewal from various Govt. Agencies Approval of Plan from Govt Agencies (DISH) Awareness to all employees on ISO 45001:2018 and Management Systems. Statutory filing of Returns online ( DISH,PESO etc) and Renewal of Licences with all Government Agencies related to Safety, Occupational Health and Environment. Active participation in Onsite Emergency Plan and Disaster Control Plan. Environment and Licensing. Compliance to Air and Water Pollution and Hazardous Waste (Mand H) Rules 2015. Liasioning with MoEF,MoCA,DI, CPCB, MPCB,CGWA etc for Consent to Operate and expansion as per Production needs. Monitoring and Measurement of all Environment Parameters ie Air, Water (ETP/STP/CTP/RO) and Hazardous Waste,. Statutory filing of Returns online with all Government Agencies related to Environment,ie CPCB, MPCB,CGWA. Awareness to all employees on ISO 14001:2015 and Management Systems.
