Lead team for New Product Development in Air Circuit Breaker\xc2\xa7 Execute design release.\xc2\xa7 Conduct product verification and validation.\xc2\xa7 Introduce product variance.\xc2\xa7 Extend support, to address manufacturing concerns, value engineering, FTY improvement etc\xc2\xa7 Evaluate and resolve customer complaints and deploy corrective actions2. Communicate and ensure implementation of technical roadmap for the group3. Plan and monitor technical output for the team.Qualifications - Internal1. Sound technical domain knowledge in field of electrical engg. Preferred experience in electromagnetic design2. Good knowhow about manufacturing process, quality standards.3. Conversant with relevant product standards4. Problem solving and Decision making should be able to go to the root cause of the problem and identify appropriate solution.5. Delegation and guide: Delegate effectively and guide teams6.
