\xe2\x80\x93 DGM - Projects This position requires the skill sets and experience to handle the complete execution & project management from IKOM till SAT and site handover of multiple projects. This role will have travel to customer/End-User sites across India for business meetings for projects & sales support. This position involves approx..25% travel however same shall vary based on business requirement. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible to provide Leadership to the projects Prior Industrial Automation project work experience in any of the following domains \xe2\x80\x93 Project Engineering, Project Management, Digitalization Should have strong customer management experience Working knowledge of SE Energy, Automation Control & Safety systems Able to understand digitalization and apply AI/ML and IIOT Technologies and takes strategic direction for execution People Manager responsible to lead a team of Engineers and Managers responsible for executing ICSS, Energy and Digital Engineering projects Experience in coaching/ mentoring/ building & managing diverse technology teams Responsible for planning, executing major projects of Process Automation to maximize utilization, revenue and commercial margin while maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle Contributing to PA India Delivery (Engineering, Financial, Commercial, Quality etc.,) Supporting hiring, training and development, performance management for the team Contributing for the organization growth, business strategies as one of the leadership team members of PA India Delivery Manage and lead the Project Management to maximize business performance in terms of revenue and profit margins whilst ensuring continued customer satisfaction Supporting and collaborating with Sales, Proposals, SCM, Services for winning and executing projects Updating project progress and status, participating PA India Delivery meetings and financial review, Comply to proposal and business development processes Project Management experience, including deployment of Quality Systems Implement and adhere relevant SE policies and guidelines Key Competencies: Customer Centricity Ability to formulate and execute Engineering Execution strategy to deliver the best customer experience.
