Job Purpose:
• Support the CEO in coordinating all activities leading to planning & execution of marketing related KRAs - P&L, Revenues & Cost Related results from existing centers & the launch of new centers
• This role involves continuous offline/online domain action including creation, execution and communication of compelling marketing / sales hooks for conversion of both retail & corporate-group sales for higher consumption of F&B, gaming, parties, events
o Positioning group bonding - Friends become Family and Family become friends.
o Strong consumer franchise-target groups with higher per consumer revenue potential.
o Enhance the proposition to existing customers to drive higher footfalls visits & repeat consumption by gaming analysis and offers/penetration of new revenue streams F&B etc
o Effective propositions to expand into new and potential customer segments - alliances, sponsorships - with CHS/schools/colleges/SME - very cost effective P&L dependent plans.
• In the current situation, this role is expected to be very flexible between strategy and tactics deployed in a dynamic and volatile situation without any straitjacketed working approach.
Key Elements of the Role and Skills Required
• Within the catchment surrounding existing & new centers, building qualified & consistent footfalls at the centers across the country, weekdays/weekends to achieve aggressive revenue targets in difficult, growing and consumption oriented environment grab market/wallet share.
• Build strong digital infra/engagement leading to sales by social media management across relevant platforms-consumers deliver higher spend per customer across gaming, F&B and other revenues.
• Creating a consistent pipeline of group-corporate qualified leads demand for party sales across existing & new group sales, by being effectively present at all the sources of such leads generated.
• Analytical Skills of own customers gaming consumption as well as comparison with and enhancing wr.t. competition- benchmarking of centers, games available, price discovery & promotional offers.
• Ensure 100% utilization without wasting marketing costs-not leaving sales/revenues on the table.
Key Result Areas & Outcomes expected from the Role
• Working closely with the CEO and the Cluster Heads to achieve revenue targets, improving average bill value per footfall by excellent packaging of communication for Gaming & F&B services.
• Set a system to design suitable digital vouchers, other such online offers to help and enhance / track effectively walkins, in-store conversions as well as innovative new ATL/BTL initiatives
• Impactful Communication of New or Repositioning of changed gaming Game Offerings at each center as per catchment area requirements - Groupon/Nearbuy, EazyDiner, Dineout etc.
• Ensuring that the overall product launch schedule of activities and the CEO / Top management meeting schedule is updated by constant coordination with internal and external parties.
• Developing a flexible reporting format and basic approach to ensure decision making, information dissemination and 'on the same page' of internal/external team members involved in each activity.
• Responsible for ensuring the tracking of all direct & indirect marketing & promotional offers
• Ensure constant evolving cost efficiencies to ensure reduction in marketing e.g. per Footfall Cost for Gaming/F&B with qualified cost per lead for corporate/birthday -kitty party segments.
• Using data sources available within the systems at the centers to build excellent franchise for existing, new and under-concept development games / rides /amusement parks as per formats
• Support the NSO in launch of new centers with effective direct/indirect communication design execution at malls etc. to deliver on launch targets as well as growth targets on transfer to clusters.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with PGDM/MBA from a 1st / 2ndtier Management Institute/University with data-analysis and in sighting skills in a rapidly developing business.
Experience :
Essential: 12-15 Years in handling constantly and rapidly evolving B2C and B2B customer franchise and delivered super-normal growths in both OFFLINE & ONLINE marketing driven lead-generation, activation events in Gaming/F&B/Corporate focus and eventually revenue/sales. Specific experience in planning and executing marketing related interventions for adoption of group/youth oriented brands/services is absolutely essential.
Technical / Functional Skills Required
• MS - Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software packages
• Preferred: Analysis of social media as well as marketing related processes in the Consumer Product industry / Retail / E-commerce Industries.
