We are hiring for a Credit ControllerPosition Credit Control : Grade Band E2/E3Reporting Manager : Head - Accounts and FinanceLocation: AhmedabadPeer Positions : Regional Finance ControllerAge Band : 35 to 40- To manage the Revenue & credit control in company division as a part of Finance team,- Overall control over revenue & credit (DOA & policy compliance), DSO management, collection overview & calls, PBDD reviews & control, co-ordination with MDM team on SO release & CL setting in SAP, meeting customers towards collection, ensuring control over balance confirmation & account reconciliation, control over POD, MCS control documentationDeliverables / Responsible for (results):1. Ensuring timely credit limit setting for customers2. Ensuring periodic review of credit limit for existing customers3. Setting collection target and forth-nightly collection call with Sales Head4. Control & review over PBDD5. Controlling DSO & keeping DSO within budgeted limit in co-ordination with sales team6. Ensuring balance confirmation & account reconciliation of customers7. POD control, implementation of sales tax in co-ordination with tax department8. Review of non-paying customers and initiating legal in a time bound manner9. Timely issuance of credit notes, checking & approving credit notes10. Bad debts write off proposal as per policy11. Ensuring compliance of policy on credit control12. Visiting Top 20 customers for timely outstanding review13. Maintaining audit documentation and co-ordination with auditors towards open point closure14. Close co-ordination with regional credit control team15. Timely MIS on revenue managementQualification : CAExperience : 10 + Years- Manufacturing industry, infrastructure, Building materials industry, construction industry, NBFC, Banking
