About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in optimizing distribution networks and driving sales growth, particularly in the innerwear sector. The preferred candidate for the role of Deputy Manager (Sales & Distribution). Key Roles & Responsibilities:a) Strategic Distribution Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive distribution strategies to maximize market penetration and product availability.

b) Distribution Network Management:
Oversee and manage the entire distribution network, ensuring seamless and cost-effective product delivery.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient inventory management.
Monitor and optimize warehouse operations, transportation, and distribution centers to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
c) Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:
Ensure accurate inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams to align distribution schedules with manufacturing outputs.
Implement best practices for inventory management, including tracking and reporting systems.
d) Vendor and Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with distribution partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of distribution partners to ensure compliance and efficiency.
e) Sales Management:
Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for the innerwear division.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective territory management.
