We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Pharma This role supports Commercial Analytics enablement of sales and marketing analytics, which includes the oversight of field sales rosters, sales force alignments, HCP eligibility, and targeting. This role also serves as a key point between sales, marketing and operations related to the areas identified above. Good understanding of industry trends this role will provide insights and recommendations for driving business performance associated with sales / marketing teams. Role and Responsibilities Hands on experience with end-to-end SFE process like reporting, brand tracking, dashboard, data management Ensure consistent, reliable, quality delivery of all operations across the function Ensure effective communications and organisational change processes are in place. Ensure detailed implementation of periodic field alignments, creation of HCP eligibility lists, and deployment of call plans. Support business units with off-cycle targeting updates as needed based on shifting business priorities. Supports client strategy to ensure business and compliance needs are met. Hands on the Performance reporting, Call Plan, Territory Alignment, Sizing, Targeting, Field Analytics Develop and drive proactive data-driven insights and make recommendations to optimize salesforce promotion and communication with HCPs, as well as internal reporting with key stakeholders such as sales and marketing leadership Hands on experience in commercial organization analyses including alignment and call planning and targeting Identifying opportunities for improving salesforce internally and informing solutions to drive field impact Desired Profile: Experience in reporting and analytics in Pharmaceutical commercial Good communication and presentation skills Responsive, proactive communicator Experienced in pharma data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony: Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, Veeva CRM, Call Activity data Experience in Python (preferred) or R, SAS and SQL, Excel Understanding complexity of working in an off-shore and on-shore environment with 1+ years of Global Pharma exposure Familiarity with process set-up, quality meaningful metrics and operational issues / management Related Proficiencies: Ability to craft POCs independently, demonstrating initiative.
