- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DFT/ATPG Engineer with over 5-15 years of expertise in DFT methodologies.
- The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience across a wide range of DFT activities, working at both subsystem and SOC levels.
- Hands-on experience in DFT activities at subsystem and SOC levels.
- Expertise in ATPG pattern generation, ITPP generation, SCAN insertion, DRC (Design Compiler), and Coverage Analysis.
- Proficient in Timing and No-Timing Simulations.
- In-depth knowledge of boundary scan, ATPG, and structural test analysis techniques.
- Skilled in working with DFT tools such as Tessent, BScan, Mentor, Cadence, and more.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, TCL, and Python.
- 12 + years of experience in DFT and ATPG methodologies.
- Proven experience with DFT techniques in a semiconductor environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
