About the role : We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join the inbound business team at Dezerv. In this capacity, you will engage with discerning inbound clients possessing a net worth of 50 lakhs and above. Your primary responsibilities will encompass facilitating a comprehensive understanding of Dezerv\'s Portfolio Management Service and Mutual Fund investment strategies, ultimately guiding clients in their investment endeavours
What you will work on:
- You get pre-scheduled video meetings with potential clients where you will have to review client\'s portfolio holdings and give your expert suggestions on if their holdings is aligned with the market (portfolio size of - 50L & above)
- Interact and convert these high-intent inbound clients into investing in our portfolio products
- Have good knowledge of the overall markets and use those points in your conversations with clients
- Evaluate customer requirements and asset distribution, actively initiate communication with the customer to confirm a thorough comprehension of their financial needs and future wealth management objectives.
- Showcase Dezerv\'s portfolio management approach of fund selection, investment strategies, risk management and guide them on future investments.
- Help clients in their onboarding process by coordinating with multiple stakeholders like the operations team, product team and tech team.
- Maintain good relationships with your existing clients for investing more into different products which we offer
What we expect:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to articulate complex topics seamlessly to clients
- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
- Thorough knowledge of financial products like mutual fund, stocks, bonds and PMS
- Must have high ownership on performance
- Proficient in MS-Excel
- Prior experience preferred in sales, financial services or banks
Education, certifications, & experience:
- 2-7 years as a Relationship Manager/Private Banker/Wealth Manager in banks, AMCs, wealth management companies in India
- NISM VA and XXIA certificates (Required with-in 30 days of joining)
- CFA or CA (any levels cleared) preferred
- MBA in finance preferred
