e are seeking an experienced and passionate DevOps Trainer to deliver high-quality training and mentorship to individuals and teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies, combined with a flair for teaching and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Design and deliver comprehensive DevOps training programs, including workshops, boot camps, and customized corporate training.
• Facilitate hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world scenarios to ensure practical understanding.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and assessments, based on the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
• Develop customized content for specific tools and platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to trainees, addressing individual learning needs.
• Offer career guidance and skill enhancement suggestions for aspiring DevOps professionals.
• Stay updated on the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrate expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, orchestration, and monitoring tools.
• Assess participants through quizzes, projects, and hands-on exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills.
• Work closely with other trainers, curriculum designers, and technical teams to align training content with organizational goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to customize training as per client requirements.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience :
• Proven experience in DevOps practices, tools, and workflows.
• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or technical teaching is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
• Experience in agile and DevSecOps practices.
• Prior experience in developing e-learning modules or online training.
