The team will operate across 2 shifts:1st Shift (SF1) 17:30 - 02:002nd Shift (SF2) 02:00 - 10:00Develop and set procedures for escalation and resolution of Level 3 technical issues. Work with cross functional teams to assist with root cause analysis and uptime optimization. Level 3 remediation and escalation of operational issues. Need to be subject matter experts in the underlying technologies. They may be required to provide detailed technical support for developers producing bug fixes & new releases of these applications. Must be self-motivating with the ability to prioritize workload.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role may include automated provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of software defined infrastructure.This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing improvements in process and supporting the maximum available uptime.
