In November 2022, Keka secured $57 million in India\'s largest Series A SaaS funding from WestBridge Capital.We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager with 10+ years of expertise in DevOps technologies, cloud-based provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. This role will manage large-scale cloud infrastructure operations, lead the DevOps team, and ensure the seamless operation of our cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Oversee large-scale cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Mentor, coach, and lead a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Lead automation efforts for cloud provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes.
• Implement strategies for cloud cost optimization, including resource allocation and inventory management.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of cloud services by implementing best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to align DevOps initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with security best practices and regulations by implementing robust security measures and conducting regular audits.
• Lead incident response efforts, driving root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to strategic planning and development of the DevOps roadmap, aligning team efforts with the company\'s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Automate Azure services, deployments, and monitoring for efficient service delivery.
• Design scalable and secure Azure resource strategies.
• Write PowerShell and YAML scripts to support automation and CI/CD processes.
• Deploy, scale, and manage applications using Kubernetes.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Debug and manage live site deployments with on-call support.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.
• Resolve incidents related to deployments and infrastructure.
• Maintain clear system and process documentation.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of strong experience with DevOps technologies, cloud-based provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting in AWS, Azure, GCP, and Linux/Windows OS environments.
• Extensive experience managing large cloud infrastructure operations, including inventory management and cloud cost optimization.
• Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and leading DevOps teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in automating cloud processes and infrastructure management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD processes with experience managing and optimizing deployment pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements, with hands-on experience implementing and managing secure cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
