We are hiring DevOps Engineer: Minimum Exp - 7 years Maximum Exp - 10 Years (Candidate below 7 years experience and above 10 years experience please do not apply your application will not be considered.) Location - Noida : As the DevOps Engineer you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the robust infrastructure and software platforms that underpin our software development and operations. You will lead a team of talented platform engineers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives to enhance our platform\'s scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of platform engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Platform Architecture: Architect and maintain the technology stack that supports our applications, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive the implementation of IaC principles and tools (e.g., Terraform) to automate and manage infrastructure provisioning. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Oversee the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, tests, and deployments. Containerization and Orchestration: Lead efforts to adopt and manage container technologies and container orchestration platforms. (Docker and Kubernetes). Automation and Scripting: Champion automation initiatives by developing scripts and tools to streamline operations and deployment processes. Security: Ensure the platform adheres to robust security practices, conduct regular security assessments, and drive compliance with industry standards. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in infrastructure and applications, optimizing system performance. Monitoring and Logging: Oversee the setup and maintenance of monitoring and logging solutions to proactively detect and resolve system issues. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices. Budget Management: Manage platform-related budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-efficient infrastructure solutions. leadership experience: Proven expertise in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and containerization technologies. Strong scripting and coding skills (Python, JS, Bash). In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Proficiency with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Extensive understanding of security best practices and tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
