- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- AWS/GCP, python, Kubernetes, Service Mesh(Istio)
- Define and implement DevOps strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Terraform
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve software delivery processes.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure application availability and performance.
- Manage and resolve incidents and outages, performing root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize DevOps processes and reduce operational costs.
- Stay current with the latest DevOps technologies and trends.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of company-wide DevOps standards and policies.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
