As a DevOps Lead Engineer, you will handle the entire DevOps lifecycle and accountable for the implementation of the process. You should possess sound knowledge of various tools and technologies used by the team.As a Lead Engineer, you will bring rich knowledge on engineering tools and develop this expertise and T-shaped capability in your chapter members. • Responsible for the personal development and performance reviews of Chapter members, based on input from Product Owners and Squad members.
• Coaching and development planning on topic expertise and personal development by promoting a continuous development culture.
• Recognise and develop top-talent and proactively manages under-performance.

Share knowledge & enable growth

• Own the standards within area of expertise and ensure alignment with other Chapter Leads across Product Areas.
• Share insights and knowledge of own expertise with Chapter members and other Chapters.
• Active role in expertise sharing across the organisation.
• Seek expertise and insights from others to grow own thinking and capability.

Develop Chapter Expertise

• Has a vision for the expertise of the Chapter and monitors and drives capability development towards this.
• Contribute expertise to support the realisation of squad and tribe missions.
• Push the boundaries of expertise to innovate, test and learn and experiment.
• Continuously develop expertise and stays up-to-date with emerging trends, practices and information in area of expertise and more broadly.
• Work with Product Area Lead / Capability Area Lead / Chapter Lead to understand, plan capability needs, current & future.
