Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed. Develop and implement site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes. Develop and implement best practices for software development, deployment, and maintenance. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for our software applications. Manage cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, scaling, and monitoring. Work closely with software development teams to ensure that applications are designed and built with DevOps and SRE principles in mind. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to identify and resolve issues quickly. Continuously evaluate and improve our DevOps processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Manage the reliability and uptime of our production systems, working closely with software development teams to identify and mitigate potential issues before they occur. Define and monitor service level objectives (SLOs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that our systems are meeting the needs of our customers. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize the impact of outages or disruptions. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance. Investigate and troubleshoot incidents to identify the root cause and implement preventive measures to avoid similar incidents in the future. Collaborate with other teams to implement security best practices and ensure that our systems are secure and compliant with industry regulations.
