\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to development of platform services including architecture, provisioning, configuration, deployment, and support
\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in prototyping new customer facing platform services
\xe2\x97\x8f Stay informed of new technologies
\xe2\x97\x8f Innovate
\xe2\x97\x8f Architecture and design: create and improve current service deployment infrastructure using automation and the latest cloud capabilities to improve agility, reliability, and observability.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ownership: understand internal development processes end-to-end in order to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Migration: move/re-implement existing OCI-C services to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in a manner that is secure and leverages the latest cloud services.
\xe2\x97\x8f Troubleshooting: have a deep understanding of our services and dependencies in order to respond quickly and efficiently to major incidents and minimize service disruptions when they occur. Root cause issues so that improvements can be made. Customer support, configuration, and address escalated issues in a timely manner.
\xe2\x97\x8f Environment Support: Environment set up and service Deployment in Dev to Production environments.
\xe2\x97\x8f Customer support: Need expertise in cutting-edge products and technologies like Oracle Data Integration technologies, like GoldenGate, ODI, EDQ , hosting products as Software as a Service & Platform as a Service and supporting services in Oracle Cloud computing infrastructure.Skills:
Oracle cloud services, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Registry, Python, Go, C, Java, bash, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, Agile, github, jenkinsEducation and Experience:
\xe2\x97\x8f BS degree in CS, EE, or equivalent.
\xe2\x97\x8f 5 years running distributed services in production on Linux
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication and analytical skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to accurately estimate efforts and deliver on time
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with agile processes and general understanding of product development
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with security practices in web application delivery
\xe2\x97\x8f Some understanding of virtualization solutions and Cloud services
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong technical background in Linux-based OS internals, Virtualization, Cloud (AWS, Azure)
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with configuration management tools
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of internet protocols
\xe2\x97\x8f Exposure to troubleshooting network services
\xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience in designing, implementing or supporting high performance and large scale web applications
\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of the DevOps Toolchain components and how they fit together; experience developing automation and using open source tools, github, jenkins
\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding and experience with CI/CD practices
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong technical background in cloud networking, storage, and security
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Registry
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong technical knowledge of monitoring and building dashboards (e.g. Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, etc)
\xe2\x97\x8f Languages: Python, Go, C, Java, bash
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Handles hard problems with a positive "can do" attitude
